Cash or Check (made out to the Individual therapist) is preferred. Please have correct change. We do accept Credit/Debit Cards along with HSA credit cards. It is your responsibility to check your HSA plan to make sure your massage therapy appointment is covered.

Be sure to schedule your appointment a minimum of 5 days in advance to assure you receive the day and time you would prefer for your massage therapy session. Use the online scheduling program by using clicking on the SCHEDULE tab. In most cases we are unable to accommodate same day appointments at this time.

We require 24 hours notice for canceled appointments or full payment of the session will be assessed. In emergencies cases we will work with you by a case by case basis.

Thank you for valuing our licensed massage therapist and their time. If you are canceling outside of the 24 hour window, you can make the adjustment within the online scheduling system. If the 24 hour window has closed please call 920-684-8880 or email: infobalanceonbuffalo@gmail.com however this will not waive the late cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.

Certificates can be applied to any massage therapy offering at Acuity.
